Terms of Service

ReflowPDF is operated by INSEAW LLC, a South Carolinalimited liability company (“INSEAW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our registered address is 301 Corday Lane, Greer, SC 29650, United States. You can reach us at hello@reflowpdf.com.

ReflowPDF is a browser-based PDF editor with AI-powered document conversion. You can upload existing PDFs for structural editing or create new documents from scratch, then export them as PDFs that remain re-editable.

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold a paid subscription.

You own everything you create or edit with ReflowPDF. We claim no intellectual property rights over your documents or exported files. Your content is yours — before, during, and after using the Service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to process and deliver your documents to you while you use the Service.

Documents uploaded for AI conversion are processed on our servers and deleted immediately after conversion. We do not retain, review, sell, or use your document content for any purpose beyond providing the Service, and we never use it to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Free plan: Full visual editor, structural reflow, and all block types. Includes 3 AI PDF conversions per month and 50 watermark-free exports per month (exports beyond that carry a watermark). Editing itself is always unlimited. No credit card required.

Pro plan — $10/month or $100/year: 150 AI PDF conversions per month, unlimited watermark-free exports, round-trip re-editing, and priority support.

Max plan — $29/month or $290/year: 1,000 AI PDF conversions per month, priority processing, plus everything in Pro.

Top-up packs: Pro and Max subscribers can add 100 conversions for $8. Packs never expire and are used after your monthly allowance.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize INSEAW, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the plan fee on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you choose — until you cancel.

All prices are in US dollars and are shown exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We do not store your full card details; those are handled directly by Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. After you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.

If ReflowPDF isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge for a full refund — no questions asked.

After that initial window, renewal charges are non-refundable, and top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased because the pages are a consumable credit added to your account. Nothing here limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.

We may change our prices. If a change affects your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the new price will apply at your next renewal. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Don’t use ReflowPDF to process documents containing illegal content, to attempt to exploit the AI conversion system, to reverse-engineer the rendering engine, or to automate bulk operations beyond the rate limits of your plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSEAW LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and INSEAW LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
