Terms of Service

ReflowPDF is a browser-based PDF editor with AI-powered document conversion. You can upload existing PDFs for structural editing or create new documents from scratch.

You own everything you create or edit with ReflowPDF. I claim no intellectual property rights over your documents, templates, or exported files. Your content is yours — before, during, and after using the service.

Documents uploaded for AI conversion are processed on my server and deleted immediately after conversion. I do not retain, review, or use your document content for any purpose beyond providing the conversion service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Free plan: Full visual editor, structural reflow, all block types, no watermark. Limits: 50 PDF exports per month, up to 10 pages per document, 5 pages of AI conversion per month. No credit card required.

Pro plan: Unlimited AI PDF conversions on documents of any length, priority AI processing, custom templates, password-protected exports, priority support. $10/month or $8/month billed annually.

Founding member pricing: If you sign up for Pro during early access, your price is locked forever — even when the regular price increases after launch. This is a permanent commitment on my end.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees. After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the free plan.

If you’re unhappy with the service within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact me for a full refund. No questions asked.

Don’t use ReflowPDF to process documents containing illegal content, to attempt to exploit the AI conversion system, to reverse-engineer the rendering engine, or to automate bulk operations beyond the rate limits of your plan. I reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

I aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages. The service may have downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. I will communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or document formatting errors.

I may change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers keep their current rate for the duration of their subscription. Founding member pricing is locked permanently and will not increase, regardless of future price changes.

I may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
