We count the PAGES of a third-party PDF you convert with AI — 1 PDF page in = 1 page used, so a 3-page invoice uses 3 from your monthly allowance. It's counted per page (not per document) because each page is processed separately and longer PDFs cost more to convert. Everything else is unlimited: building and editing documents of ANY length is free and never counts, and re-opening a ReflowPDF export (with embedded source) is instant, offline, and never touches your allowance.

Two options. Buy a top-up pack — 100 pages for $8 (that's $0.08 each). Packs never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out. Or move up to Max for 1,000 pages/month at the best per-page rate. Packs are available to Pro and Max subscribers.

No. Top-up packs roll over and never expire. Each month we use your plan's allowance first (which resets monthly), then draw from your top-up balance — so you never lose what you paid for.

Pro and Max exports are always watermark-free. On Free, your first 50 exports each month are watermark-free; beyond that, exports carry a small watermark until the next month (or upgrade for unlimited clean exports).
